1. A student seeking
admission to the first year class of the B.V.A. Courses must
have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent. With in First
language or Second language must be English any one. Maximum
age-23 years, on 1st June in the year of Admission. In case of
SC/ST candidate age limit 25 years. Break of studies for more
than 2 years will not be eligible.
2. Application form is issued from the office and to be submitted
to the office within the office within the scheduled data and time
announced by the college Authority.
3. The form must be signed by the applicant’s parent guardian
who, if the applicant is admitted, will be responsible for his/her
conduct and payment of fees.
4. Primary selection for admission to B.V.A. course will be performed
through a practical and written examination. The students will
bring their own materials for the admission test.
5. Final selection for the admission to B.V.A. course will be performed
through an oral test.
6. All applications must be accompanied by copies of The Educational
Certificates, originals of which must be produced at the time of
admission.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All students must abide by the rules and regulations that
may from time to time be laid down for proper management of the
college.
2. The undertaking given in the form of application at the time
of admission in binding both upon the guardian and his ward.
3. Students shall be responsible for the proper use of the furniture
and equipments in their class, cost of repair for any damage
done by them may be realized from their Caution Deposits.
4. All Class works must be signed and dated and Produced before
the teacher for awarding marks, which will be finally checked
and scrutinized at the time of the final assessment.
5. No Student shall remain in the class-room after working hours
except with the permission of the teacher concerned.
6. If any student changes his/her address he/her should immediately
inform the college authority.
7. Bonafide students are allowed to enjoy Railway Concessions.
8. Tuition and other fees as laid down in this Prospectus are
payable compulsory within the stipulated date.
9. A student who shall not attend the classes continuously for
two months without due approval or default payment of fees for
2 months will be required to seek re-admission for the consideration
of the Principal and the College Governing Body.
10. No student shall be allowed to appear at the Final Degree
and Preparatory Examination unless all fees and dues are cleared.
The Authority reserves the right to refuse admission to any student
to any reason thereof.
11. The Authority reserves the right to change, alter, or modify
any of the rules and regulations laid down as and when necessary
and any alterations of fees land charges shall remain binding
upon the enrolled.
12. All caution money deposit will be refunded at the end of
the year after deduction for breakages or damages if any. Application
for the refund of Caution Money may be made within the date notified
by the college Authority. Afterwards no claim will be entertained.
13. Admission of a candidate will be cancelled if any information
given be him/her is found to be wrong or suppressed.
