EXHIBITION & STUDY TOURS

1. An exhibition of the works of the students is organized annually.

2. Educational Tours are conducted during vacation, as and when necessary.

IDENTITY CARD

a) Every student on entry should collect his/ her identity Card and renew the same every year, as he/ she remains on the rolls of the college

b) Two passport size photographs of the student must be furnished at his / her cost, at the time of admission.

c) A fee of Rs.10.00 to Identity card along with the Admission fee is charged and Rs. 5.00 at the time of each renewal.

d) If the card is lost, the loss must be reported in written within 3 days of such loss, failing which he/ she shall pay Rs. 5.00 or more in addition to the charge of a fresh issue.

e) Any change of address will have to be immediately notified.

f) The card is not transferable.

g) Identity card is an important document and must be carefully retained by the students.

LIBRARY

The College has a Library of valuable reference books and journal chiefly relating to Art. The library remains open during working hours for use of the students. Books are not lent for outside use. A Library card is issued to the students. Books are issued to the students only against Library Card.

SPECIAL CONCESSION TO STUDENTS

1. The student who secured highest marks in annual assessment of each class will have a lump sum as a merit grant.

2. Seven and Half percent of the students may have a special concession only in their Tuition Fees on the basis of their poor economic background. The concession is subject to concideration of G B against their applications with duly supplied papers.

3. Scheduled cast and Scheduled tribe Govt. stipends are available to the bonafide students through the College Authority.

4. All concessions may be withdrawn if the conduct of the student is found to be unsatisfactory.

STUDENTS UNION

1. For the purpose of better social concourse amongst the students and for maintaining cordial relation with their teachers and for providing healthy constructive and creative recreation and education, students union has been organized under the guidance and direction of the principal/Teacher in charge, for which an appropriate constitution has been laid down.

2. A fee of Rs. 100.00 is a Compulsory Contribution to be made annually at the beginning of the session along with admission fee as Union Fees.
